  • This Senior Project Manager role is key to the coordination and completion of Care Integration projects.
  • This role will leverage subject matter expertise and strong communication skills to support project activities, resolve open issues, manage resources, timelines and expectations.
  • This role will work with critical business partners to understand project requirements and interface with the development team to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences (finance, IT, other users)
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
  • Coordinate implementation strategies with end users to ensure smooth transitions and support for financial systems
  • Develop and manage work plans to ensure engagement with critical business partners and cross-functional team
  • Proactively work to address customer needs and develop solutions that support business requirements
  • Partner with business leaders to develop requirements and manage priorities
  • Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve process or infrastructure and influence change
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, used in the organization such as accounting tools and databases

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science or data or equivalent
  • Project Management experience (testing, coordination of resources, supporting code deployments, project plan development and tracking, implementation planning)
  • Solid experience with financial / technical systems infrastructure, system implementation and ongoing support
  • Ability to communicate projects steps and status to various internal teams across business and technical teams
  • tic, logical thinking, and problem-solving skillsPossess excellent analy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health care experience
  • Previous work experience in accounting and/or finance
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
  • Ability to communicate highly technical aspects of the project

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Infrastructure IT projects related to Mergers and Acquisitions

Ideal Background:

  • IT Project Management is the key experience. Healthcare is a nice to have but not a must have.
  • It is much more important that they have IT experience over healthcare specific and they do not have to be overly technical (i.e. I do not want a developer that is looking for a PM role) .
  • Looking for a hit the ground running project driver.

Experience:

  • IT Project Management Exp (Must be IT PM over business PM exp)

Top Requirements:

Team and Team size:

  • TBD, however, likely to have an architect, development lead, 2 or 3 engineers and an analyst per project
