Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This position is for the Curo market-level initiative.

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

Team and Team size:

  • 7 members
  • 3-4 Developers, 3-4 QAs, 1-2 PMs.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
  • Plan, create and modify technical documents, including user specifications, and manuals to facilitate the software and product development.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Document and communicate the results of efforts.
  • Build, maintain and track departmental KPIs.
  • Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation for all departments, employees, and audiences.
  • Assess and evaluate the user and employee needs and level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Excellent documentation, communication skills, and adept at communication in all aspects
  • Detail-oriented and ability to be clear, precise, and as detailed as possible to break down complex technical information into easily understood digestible parts
  • Advanced technical skills especially in the software development domain.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Understanding of IT-related activities, processes, databases, technology, etc.

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Creating reports and dashboard
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Any industry-related certification in the related field.
