Must Have:
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•10+ Years of relevant software development experience
•*6+ years of demonstrated experience in Online Customer Experience (Business Sites, Customer Portals, B2C, B2B and/or B2B2C ecommerce business practices)
•Solid software development and architectural skills with a passion to build quality applications
•*Expertise in deploying and managing Java applications using tomcat.
•*Strong development experience with Java, JEE technologies, Angular and Java Spring MVC Framework
•Experience with IIS, ISAPI web applications
•*Strong knowledge of SQL
•*Knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
•*Proven experience with Json, XML, REST/SOAP/CXML API
•Experience with change control processes, code versioning, code migration and management tools (ITG, TFS, Git, SVN, etc.)
•*Experience using SDLC methodologies, CI/CD and source code control applications
•Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence, other)
•Knowledge of SOLR search engine

•Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges
•Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

•Provide change management assistance and application support for identified solution(s)

Application Support
•Provide application support when needed
•Configuring, managing, monitoring, and debugging software (IIS, IIS ISAPI web applications, Apache, tomcat, Solr, SAP CCV platform).
•Diagnosing integration and performance problems and implementing long-term solutions.
•Collaboratively support IT associates, clients, and vendors to provide timely and dedicated support and problem resolution to assigned suite of applications
•Comply with trouble ticketing system SLAs and Change Management processes to track all activities associated with performing support duties
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on configurations, software revisions and patch management information
•Stay abreast of advances in assigned technology and business processes
