Top Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver professional level technical work in support of the development of company products, tools, platforms and services.
- Operates within established methodologies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems.
- Works closely with other functions to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
- Works with less structured, more complex issues.
- Be an active participant on the Scrum team.
- Utilize solid development skills and gain an understanding of software architecture.
- Be a good partner with DevOps, Product and other technology teams.

Skills/attributes Required
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3+ years of experience with full stack development in Java / J2EE, Spring Framework
- 2+ years of Hands-on experience working with Public Cloud Technology (AWS or Azure)
- 2+ years of experience on Microservices, JSON and REST services
- 2+ Experience with Container platform (such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- 2+ experience with RDBMS (Oracle, DB2 or Postgres)
Skills/attributes Preferred
- Experience delivering software using an Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with shell scripting (ksh/bash)
- Experience with DevOps engineering (CI/CD, IaC, Dynatrace/New Relics, Jenkins, GitHub)
- App Server experience (Tomcat, JBoss or WAS or Weblogic)
- Strong communication and problem-solving experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
- Health care industry experience
