JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the activities necessary to implement Structural Heart’s EUMDR program focused on either,
- Technical readiness and implementation for program filing and approval activities, or
- Market continuity planning and execution activities for product distribution worldwide
Top candidates will have demonstrated skills in utilizing program management methodologies, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, communicate, and drive detailed schedules and timelines for program deliverables across multiple organizational functions
- Work with leadership on strategy options, and integrate decisions into the program plans and deliverables
- Analyze and interpret large data sets used in planning and implementation
- Monitor for program risks and issues, and drive for resolution
- Ensure cross functional alignment on objectives and tasks
- Provide regular and consistent communicate to leaders and team members
- BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics, or Operations Management
- 5+ years of successfully leading large-scale, multi-functional programs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication at all organizational levels
- Superior skills in Microsoft Office programs: Project and Excel
- Self-directed, accountable, and resourceful leader
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience working with ERP (SAP) and/or PLM systems (Windchill) preferred
- Program Management certification preferred
