- The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing the creative development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to support credit card portfolios.
- He/she will work with various internal Product Managers and stakeholders to fully understand the strategy, key drivers and the data impacts for each campaign, then work with external agencies and vendors to develop and deliver creative that drives results through marketing collateral, direct mail, and email channels.
- This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong project management and marketing communications skills.
- Superior organization, prioritization, and planning skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and positively adapt to changing priorities.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand campaign strategies, key deliverables and the data needs.
- Develop creative briefs and project timelines and engage external creative agencies best suited for each campaign.
- Manage the creative development process for all campaign deliverables, including marketing collateral, direct mail, and email. Oversee print production.
- Facilitate creative presentations and review/approval with Product Managers and key stakeholders.
- Work with Product Managers, compliance, creative agencies, and print vendors to flawlessly execute campaign delivery—on time, on budget, and consistent with overall portfolio management strategies.
- Six or more years of experience in the advertising and/or marketing industry.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (Marketing or Business Degree Preferred).
- Ability to manage large, complex marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail along with strong organization, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
- Financial or related industry understanding is a plus.
