Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare studio, vehicles, and their components before and during video shoots to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving standard operating documents, production trackers and scheduling
Narrates technical videos by voice-over and on-camera as required
Strategic component of Multimedia team, its content production and life cycle in the form of self-service guides across all product lines and a variety of mediums
Maintains a continuous improvement culture by identifying and executing strategies and priorities that enable the Service team to enhance overall operational effectiveness
Collaborate with Service partners to prepare for video shoots
Write, proof, edit, & critique scripts for Help Center & DIY content
Benchmark external multimedia production trends in addition partners & collaborate with them on video production tactics
Provide information on a variety of complex owner service issues with knowledge of Powersports products
Model superior service to all of Polaris, represent our brand and actively enhance it with all levels of owners
Infuse the voice of the owner into Service digital content, improving owner experience
Gain proficiency in various administration and automated workflow systems
Function within a team environment and actively participate in achieving team goals
Develop strong working relationships and close alignment with service engineering, marketing and Training, Technical Publications, product groups, Legal & Compliance to obtain or develop product information, service procedures, consistent and compliant business practices and to verify accuracy of publications
Additional roles and responsibilities as required to result in an exceptional, timely, accurate and user-friendly publication that fully supports the needs of our internal and external owners
Performs basic maintenance & repair procedures off-camera and on (as needed) to enhance content production
Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication, marketing, multimedia or relevant fields - Required
Video production, script/copywriting, hosting, and/or voiceover experience - Required
Powersports, motorcycle or automotive experience - Preferred
Must be self-motivated and have a track record of exceling in a fast-paced matrix org structure
Excellent written communication skills and grammatical ability to explain complex situations to owners in an easy to understand fashion
Customer-focused service experience
Knowledge of computer software and applications preferred – Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite
Project management experience with strong attention to detail while working multiple project(s) and deliverables
Ability to review detailed analytics and create or adjust content to improve owner experience
Demonstrate ability to meet all deadlines and business acumen to alert team or management when project is at risk.
