Description:
- As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at, you’ll be responsible for working with business partners to define and document new technical requirements for future BI development efforts.
- You’ll be closely involved in all aspects of intelligence delivery from start to finish.
- That includes partnering with our internal business operations to identify needs, working with developers on solution design, and documenting product deliverables for communication to the broader organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners to define and document business and technical requirements for data and analytics projects, this includes the documentation of data flows and data mapping from source systems into our analytic platform.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to assist with BI solutioning efforts
- Create feature stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings with related stakeholders, and development team
- Assist with QA of features once implemented
- Attend and participate in daily scrum team stand-ups
- Strong understand of relational database concepts
- SQL querying experience
- Requirements analysis
- Requirements organization
- Knowledge of Agile concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, drive to root cause issue, identify trends, problem solve and provide key recommendations based on analysis
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Ability to create data dictionary, metrics definition of business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Dimensional Data Models is an advantage.
- Understanding of Snowflake and its components within the Cloud
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Tableau / Alteryx
- Healthcare / Pharmacy experience
