Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Find Care product initiatives driven by Lines of Business Stakeholders and Digital to help forward the provider search experience across the themes Data Services (data integrity, data enrichment, data streaming)
  • Eligibility & Experience (SSO, PCP selection) and Guidance & Acquisition (browse providers, open enrollment).

Top Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst facilitating and documenting requirements from both business and IT/development counterparts; 2+ years of experience working in an agile environment with experience writing use stories and acceptance criteria for developer use, 3+ years experience in the healthcare industry,
  • 2+ years demonstrating written and verbal communication skills describing technology feature value for stakeholder audiences (senior and non senior),
  • 4+ years demonstrating effective multi-tasking and time management skills; Additional skills needed - problem solving, critical thinking, attention to detail use of JIRA or similar tools

Team and Team size:

  • We have 7 scrum teams.
  • Each team is comprised of 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Analyst, 1 PJM, 1 Technical Lead and 3 - 6 Engineers.
  • We have a total of 55 members in Find Care Directories.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Research and deliver high-quality documentation of feature requirements including relevant dependencies for new product ideas
  •  Translate product features requests into development stories with Product Manager & Development Lead guidance
  • Partner with a Product Manager on day-to-day development team needs including answering developer questions and removing blockers
  • Manage & prioritize development team backlog spanning product-driven and tech investment stories
  • Execute end-to-end product testing of new features and serve as the primary contact for the User Acceptance Team testing process
  • Offer data-driven feature-specific performance targets with related analytics, Participate in Find Care defect triage on behalf of product
  • Contribute to a strong Digital product culture of continuous development, rapid test and learn and with a consumer-first perspective.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst facilitating and documenting requirements gathered from both business and IT/development counterparts
  • Experience working in an agile environment with experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including creating requirements document for senior and development audiences
  • Experience visually communicating business problems and flows - for example with Microsoft Visio or Powerpoint
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience using data to identify product opportunities as well as support hypotheses to define and communicate business cases for new roadmap initiatives
  • 2+ years Healthcare industry experience, Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Experience building consumer-facing products
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools
  • Passion for healthcare and naturally curious.
