- Research and analyze best UX practices and our customers’ digital preferences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve the use of supported technologies within the business
- Interpret user requirements, develop solutions, test plans, and implement functionality that meets business needs with a focus on developing a standardized, modern Web experience.
- HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3
- Javascript and jQuery
- Content Management Systems and their use of authoring templates and standard content layouts. This could include experience with: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or Interwoven
- Basic Web design and styling capabilities
- Utilize the decision-making process to negotiate with business partners and influence outcomes.
- Identify process improvement and functionality improvement request opportunities; develop implementation and follow through plans.
- Analyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems, preferably using data analysis of previous development efforts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers
- Have a keen attention to detail and mastery of information design
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
- Ability to interpret user requirements, develop solutions, test plans, and implement functionality that meets the business needs with a particular focus on developing a standardized, modern Web experience.
- Ability to identify process improvement and functionality request improvement opportunities, develop plan to implement, and follow through to ensure recommended improvement is successfully implemented.
- Understanding of how to develop Website templates and frameworks for mobile consumption.
- Familiar with FDA software system validation requirements and experience in developing necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Web analytics integration into Websites and Mobile Applications
- Experience working within a global application development environment.
- Marketing automation and Website integration
- Mobile App Development familiarity
