Job Description:
- Seeking a digital marketing contractor with experience in social media, website management and general digital best practices.
- Seek individual with strong attention to detail who can quickly understand our current digital footprint and make a strong positive contribution to help manage our websites, social media channels, and other digital tools.
- Review social media posts to ensure that best practices are implemented, maintain social media calendar
- Develop list of suggested hashtags across the Division by researching existing hashtags using social listening tools, develop matrix for when/how each should be used, gain alignment across franchise
- Social Media Calendar Management tool selection, process improvement and performance share out
- Create and maintain bit.ly links and QR codes
- Assist with Marketo email management and reporting
- Support tradeshows from a digital standpoint, including employing best practices, helping to align across franchises/divisions and reporting
- Support website updates (cardiovascular.Company and structuralheart.Company)
- Learn about A&P process and how to be a reviewer and approver – global and US
- Support YouTube channel uploads and routing, maintain video spreadsheet in Smartsheets, explore opportunities to streamline, accelerate the process
Desired Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- 5+ years of digital experience, especially in marketing.
- Experience creating and executing digital strategies/content dev for web, paid, social, and email
- Experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Experience working with content management systems (and experience working with technical team members (i.e. business analysts, IT and developers) to execute web projects.
- Experience executing analytics projects or working in close collaboration with an analytics team (knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics preferred).
- Possess thorough understanding of the digital space as it relates to: principles of digital customer experience/UX design, management of digital assets including taxonomy, meta data; social media; paid search and SEO best practices.
- Requires deep practical knowledge of these tools, concepts and methodologies within a regulated industry, preferably Medical Device or related healthcare sector.
- Global experience preferred
- Curious to explore new technologies and test for success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and educate others
- Strong proofing and editing skills within the digitally focused environment including the ability to create shareable content.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Flawless attention to detail; highly organized.
