Description:
- Perform PC refreshes and helpdesk support for nuclear users primarily on site in Welch, MN with occasional work at Minneapolis and Monticello locations.
- Assist with receipting, unboxing, and imaging of PC's.
- Wipe old devices and prepare them for asset recovery.
- Maintain and update ServiceNow asset database.
- Removed devices from AD.
- Coordinate with end users to refresh current PC's, confirm everything is working correctly and answer any support questions during and shortly after the refresh.
- Key skills include great customer communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Onsite work required and remote work not an option for this position.
