Our client, a fast growing healthcare company, is looking for a Organic Social Media Manager to join their team. This is a fulltime opportunity for candidates local to the Chicago, Seattle, or Milwaukee area. You will be responsible for increasing patient engagement through organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee operations of the company's social media platforms
  • Develop organic social content calendars that align with the overall marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with content and design teams to create assets and video for social media
  • Drive community engagement on social channels
  • Build, monitor, and evaluate analytics reports to identify key learnings and recommendations to improve future content and strategy
  • Manage one social media specialist 

Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, copywriting, content development, and data analytics reporting
  • Experience in developing social media strategy to drive engagement, manage reputation, and amplify brand messaging
  • Proficiency in social media data analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Experience in creating graphic and video content for social media
