Key Accountabilities
- Operate as product owner/lead in an Agile delivery team;
- Support PI Planning efforts with story definition, clarification and defining objectives;
- Engage with Business Process Engineering and Information Technology stakeholders to maintain team backlog and iteration planning;
- Generate detailed user stories from backlog to support appropriate acceptance criteria;
- Complete acceptance story completion to ensure the solution meets business acceptance criteria and meets quality standards
- Work cross-functionally to define and align enablers required to drive technology decisions and support user stories.
- Align with broader Program Management Office, Business Process Engineering and Information Technology teams to meet program milestones and regulatory commitments
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experiencing leading cross-functional programs
- Demonstrated ability in relationship/stakeholder management to ensure mutually beneficial business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability work cooperatively with contracted vendor teams to assure expected outcomes are achieved
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience in relevant business focus (Customer front office, Customer back office, Customer Marketing) preferred
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams, Product Owner/Lead experience preferred
- Experience working in large transformational programs, with strong technical or business knowledge
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Teams, Sharepoint; JIRA preferred
