Key Accountabilities

  • Operate as product owner/lead in an Agile delivery team;
  • Support PI Planning efforts with story definition, clarification and defining objectives;
  • Engage with Business Process Engineering and Information Technology stakeholders to maintain team backlog and iteration planning;
  • Generate detailed user stories from backlog to support appropriate acceptance criteria;
  • Complete acceptance story completion to ensure the solution meets business acceptance criteria and meets quality standards
  • Work cross-functionally to define and align enablers required to drive technology decisions and support user stories.
  • Align with broader Program Management Office, Business Process Engineering and Information Technology teams to meet program milestones and regulatory commitments

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experiencing leading cross-functional programs
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship/stakeholder management to ensure mutually beneficial business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability work cooperatively with contracted vendor teams to assure expected outcomes are achieved

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience in relevant business focus (Customer front office, Customer back office, Customer Marketing) preferred
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams, Product Owner/Lead experience preferred
  • Experience working in large transformational programs, with strong technical or business knowledge
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Teams, Sharepoint; JIRA preferred
