- Drive RCA and resolution of Sev 1 4 Production defects/issues, in close coordination with GTOC, Digital Product Delivery (PO/PM, Dev, QA), Tier 1/Tier 2 Engineers, Infrastructure, Network, Chief Security Office, and 3rd Party vendors
- Representing SPT Application defect triage and status with external organizations including Iconic Launch Command Center for Major Launch Events
- Driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents & RCA governance
- Establishing Production Quality/Reliability Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for product teams, as well as ongoing tracking, reporting & follow ups to ensure Product teams are meeting Quality SLOs. Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience with development and operations of customer facing systems
- 4+ years of experience building web applications using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
- 4+ years of experience in Problem Management, with good understanding of incident management & Root Cause Analysis methodology
- 2+ years of experience working with front end frameworks such as React, Angular
- 2+ years of experience with server side rendering technologies and architectures
- 2+ years Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or equivalent experience
- Development & Scripting knowledge in EFK/ELK/Splunk, Quantum Metric (QM)/Dynatrace/CatchPoint
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team
- Proven ability to drive issues/defects to resolution in a challenging environment
- Experience providing data/information to business leaders
