Projects the candidate will be working on:
- The candidate will be providing telephone/email support for patient's as it relates to the Patient Portal.
- This candidate will also provide coverage of our print center on a rotating basis which is likely 1 day per week on site.
Ideal Background:
- Experience in clinical IT support would be ideal, excellent communications skills , clear speaking, patient person.
Team and Team size:
- The candidate will be working with two tech specialists who are providing the same support.
- Excellent customer service required. Previous healthcare support preferred.
Top Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from
- Patients who have questions about the portal, results, troubleshooting password issues.
- Print Center duties on a rotating basis will require running the jobs/ daily mail.
