SharePoint Specialist -
  • Senior Responsible for maintaining the SharePoint websites for Application Delivery and TIG sites.
  • This includes; planning, creation, configuration, customization, migration and remedy of issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements.
  • Position also helps trouble shoot PowerBI issues in dashboards on these sites.
Description:
  • Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
  • Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents to customize software to meet application requirements.
  • Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.
  • Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. .
  • Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
  • Analyzes systems specifications and designs, develops, modifies, and installs highly complex and customized software.
  • Actively participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve problems.
  • Recognize and solve inconsistencies in the detailed technical specifications and propose changes.
Required Skills:
  • (2+ years) ,SharePoint designer role experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types 
  • PowerBI experience in dashboard creation and maintenance 
  • Set up content architecture in current and new site structures, with emphasis on end-users being able to maintain their content themselves. 
  • Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows, and scripts. 
  • Perform SharePoint user management and group management. 
  • Designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions 
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills 
  • Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users 
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) 
  • Proven experience writing clear and concise technical training materials and other user documentation 
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate and/or Nintex form creation and maintenance
