Description:
- Develops high level design for solutions. Develops artifacts to be used be used in downstream SDLC phases.
- Leads technical resources during the Detailed Design and Development phase, leading the team from design to solution deployment.
- Coordinates technical aspects of deployment, including hardware environments, certification, and software deployment
- Drive requirements definition and document results based on meetings with business sponsorship team and stakeholders within IT and business.
- Create new, and update existing, business processes included within the scope of the strategic effort through collaboration with business sponsorship team and stakeholders within IT and business.
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts for software implementation and assist with test planning and scheduling.
- Work closely with business sponsorship team and assist them with end-user communications and deployment to end-users.
- Work closely with project technical team and architects to create and implement deliverables and present information to various audiences
- Ability to self-start and drive solutions with respect to project architecture; current or former consulting experience is preferred establishing and maintaining relationships.
- Strongly skilled at operating in large IT environments and with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies doing software implementations.
- Strongly skilled in the management and creation of requirements and business processes.
- Strongly skilled in leading, coordinating, and facilitating project meetings for purposes of defining requirements and processes, testing software, and rolling out new solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to message appropriately to different business and IT audiences at different leadership levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- Project Architect position-based certification(s)
