Systems analysis background, strong communications skills, background in Health Insurance
The ideal candidate has the following skillset:
1. Ability and flexibility to support a highly-productive, agile mobile and portal app development team where the projects and features supported will vary.
2. Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video and written documentation with agile team members, business stakeholders and external organizations as needed.
3. Experience in systems analysis including requirements gathering, problem solving, and solutioning, and then documenting those solutions through user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping documents, system integration specifications, and process flow diagrams. (2+ years)
4. Ability to analyze APIs, create data mapping documentation and test APIs with Postman and map to the design highlighting gaps for needed solutioning. (2+ years)
5. Ability to read, analyze and document user stories from business, system, and UI/UX requirements, UI/UX designs and meetings with product owners. (2+ years)
6. Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance and related business functions. (1+ year)
Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what’s being done?
No specific projects at this time. Resource will sit on the mobile app development team and can expect to perform the following functions in this role:
1. Systems analysis including requirements gathering, problem solving, and solutioning, and then documenting those solutions through user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping documents, system integration specifications, and process flow diagrams. (2+ years)
2. Analyze APIs, create data mapping documentation and test APIs with Postman and map to the design highlighting gaps for needed solutioning. (2+ years)
3. Read, analyze and document user stories from business, system, and UI/UX requirements, UI/UX designs and meetings with product owners. (2+ years)
The interview process will consist of 2 rounds with each round containing up to 3 interviews. Each interview can be up to an hour long depending on interviewer’s schedule.
