  • We are looking for a IT Developer to join our Automation & Innovation team - directly supporting our Automation Toolchain Platform

Support of enterprise-wide software development tool, test tool, and software repository (CI/CD) used by 1500+ company's  developers. GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory

  • Upgraded and regular maintenance of CI/CD toolset
  • Capacity planning for entire CI/CD toolset
  • Support, maintenance, and development of cost allocation and chargeback tool for CI/CD and potentially other emerging products
  • Partner with finance to ensure chargeback is accurate
  • Consulting and training of newly onboarded or potential customers
  • Heavily involved with validation of CI/CD toolset

Software Development Experience with tools such as: JavaScript, Python, REST API

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for evaluating and designing, developing or modifying programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems.
  • Develop system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.
  • Create ad hoc or bolton programs for integrations or functional business teams as needed. Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
  • Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation. Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
  • Train users in system enhancements and modifications.
  • Provide patch and software upgrades to existing systems as required.
  • Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation for program support.
  • Analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Works closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs.

  • Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
  • Contributes to the completion of project milestones .
  • May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
