Responsibilities:

  • Work with subject matter experts to design, develop, and create e-learning content and interactive training in Litmos LMS
  • Manage the development and implementation process and report to the respective stakeholders.
  • Manage the training development and implementation process of LMS Litmos
  • Write clear and measurable learning objectives for all interactive e-learning content for purpose of developing assessments
  • Work with other training team members and subject matter experts (consultants, superusers and product owners) to identify learning and knowledge gaps, gather training content, and develop solutions to address those gaps
  • Research and implement ways to improve learner experience within LMS system
  • Promote best practices in instructional content that promote learning retention and engagement
  • Design and develop summative and formative evaluations for the purpose of improving digital learning experiences
  • Broad knowledge of learning and training concepts and principles
  • Assist with the management and administration of our LMS solution
  • Develop graphic design elements and multimedia audio/video editing

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience of creating e-learning content and courses
  • Experience with the LMS SAP Litmos, must have
  • Experience with SCORM files / Content Authoring Tool
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ideally writing content and training materials for US based companies in English
  • Understanding of Learning Experience Design concepts
  • Past experience implementing a new LMS system, nice to have
