Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations (ER) Consultant responsible for providing dedicated support in tracking and management of confirmed COVID-19 employee cases and related issues.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end case management from employee intake, contact tracing, exposure notifications, coordination of required cleaning, and case documentation in our Case Management System (CMS).
  • Consultant is also responsible for partnering with leaders, HR Business Partners, and others across the firm to ensure awareness and coordination of response efforts.
  • Role may require consultation with ER Specialist team on escalated COVID-19 issues, and partnership with ER Manager team.
Requirements:
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply COVID-19 protocols related to contact tracing, quarantine guidance, etc. and stay apprised of changes to ensure most updated guidance is being provided.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess and balance multiple priorities at once.
  • Requires timely and thorough documentation on a daily basis of all COVID-19 cases and follow-up.
  • Requires strong verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with leaders and employees via phone and email.
Additional Skillset :
  • Seeking a candidate who remains calm under workload demands and has the ability to shift priorities as workload fluctuates.
  • Consultant will be required to report to the Minneapolis-HQ office for some initial training, with option to work remotely after that. Initial assignment will be 90 days, with the potential to extend beyond that
