DESCRIPTION:
  • Looking for a talented and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our top-performing real estate agent network, a growing, and dynamic East Bay real estate team.
  • Looking for a highly creative professional who proactively generates ideas for creative marketing opportunities to support growing luxury real estate team.
  • This position is responsible for the content development, design, and overall implementation of strategic marketing plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Create compelling marketing campaigns that will drive results – brainstorming concepts, determine copy and design strategy
  •  Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including writing copy and handling all graphic design elements
  •  Design branding ads with a strong call to action in the leading print publications such as Diablo magazine
  •  Write highly creative, succinct, and engaging marketing copy for social media, consumer ads, HTML eBlasts, marketing flyers, presentations, brochures, event promotional materials, editorial features and more
  •  Develops personal branding assets for agents including personal brochures, ads, e-signatures, property marketing templates, agent bios, postcards, flyers, and presentations for clients
  •  Develop creative local campaigns to reach out to client base to generate referral business
  •  Consult with agent team daily to identify their marketing needs and help them execute tactics to deliver on those needs successfully and efficiently
  •  Develop and implement our digital marketing strategy including, but not limited to organic social media posting, paid social media advertising, website maintenance, Yelp and Google strategy, etc.
  •  Create all artwork and content for an in-house journal mailed out to 30,000+ homes in Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon
  •  Create monthly and weekly email newsletters with relevant local community information, events, and showcasing our properties for sale
  •  Monitor ongoing efforts of advertising/marketing campaigns and analyze the actual results to determine their effectiveness
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years marketing experience, Real Estate industry marketing a plus
  • Must be a strategic thinker, analytical, and creative. As well as, extremely organized, highly detailed, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Must be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member within the team
  • Requires ability to determine a detailed outline of all aspects of a project, including all related activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables
  • Effectively and professionally interacts with others
  • Maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines and always strives to do work right the first time
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to quality control
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Indesign
  • Subject Matter Expert – Obsessed with building modern and effective campaigns, enthusiastically follows trends and best practices in social media and digital content, proactively suggests ideas and opportunities
  • Social Media Enthusiast – Highly active on multiple social platforms, motivated to monitor competitors and thought leaders for ideas/insights, understands varying needs and voices for platforms, skilled at writing content
  • Big Picture Thinker – Driven to help the team reach their business goals, thinks beyond day-to-day assignments, passionate about driving results, views everything as an opportunity, thinks strategically to solve business problems with smart creative concepts
  • Creative Writer – Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for writing in a human, approachable manner and shifting voices to different audiences
  • Detail-Oriented – Highly detail-oriented and meticulous proofreader who learns from mistakes, consistently producing error-free copy
  • Multi-Tasker – Organized, have solid time management skills with a strong sense of urgency, able to juggle multiple ongoing projects while moving them all forward and meeting daily deadlines, and able to manage own workload without constant supervision and direction
