Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft development: Application Designer and managed objects (Records, Fields, Pages, Components, etc), SQR, PeopleCode and Application Engine programs, Integration Broker, PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid development and navigation configuration
  • Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM processes such as payroll and benefits administration
  • Oracle and MS SQL Server database experience
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
  • Experience developing APIs with MuleSoft or similar platform

Responsibilities:

  • Develop modifications to the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) application including online transaction processing, batch/interface processing, queries, and reports, including Fluid technology and functionality.
  • Reapply/retrofit customizations for PUM image updates and tax updates
  • Utilize customization isolation techniques such as Event Mapping and Page and Field Configurator
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, functional analysts, and end-users to refine business requirements and design/deliver solutions
  • Work with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot issues with both delivered and custom PeopleSoft functionality
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support the PeopleSoft application outside of normal business hours
  • Work with Git repositories and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Develop, maintain, and support APIs created with the MuleSoft platform
  • Provide user and system support on a variety of applications
  • Participate on a scrum team and apply Agile practices
  • Create and maintain well-written technical documentation
  • Participate on cross functional project teams
