Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with experience managing projects ranging from simple to difficult complexity while demonstrating increasing scope and depth of responsibilities, and involving multiple technological environments and/or business areas that IT supports, with demonstrated competency in the application of PMI Process Groups and Knowledge areas or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience managing projects involving Information Technology, ranging from simple to difficult complexity while demonstrating increasing scope and depth of responsibilities, and involving multiple technological environments and/or business areas that IT supports, with demonstrated competency in the application of the PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas.,

 

Must have

  • 10+ years of experience managing projects ranging from simple to difficult complexity
  • 5+ years of technology / infrastructure project leadership
  • Skilled in agile, scrum master, servant leader with awareness on how waterfall projects can be transformed into iterative approach within infrastructure area
  • Possession of current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable current certification from a nationally recognized project management governance body
  • SAFe certification (any)
  • Experience within a consulting role
  • Accustomed to fast moving and fluid environment
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Interest in learning new and stretching current skills
  • Change management framework
  • Led change management function

Nice to have

  • Standup of Hybrid Multi Cloud environment
  • CSM Certification
  • Led projects within healthcare arena
  • Agile / Scaled agile framework -SAFe coaching experience, SPC (certification)
  • Change management certifications --ADKAR, Prosci, or CCMP
