Description:
- The positions in the user experience job function are all related to user-centered design – a process to help ensure products and services meet the needs of customers, employees and other users.
- This job function is a collection of specialties each with a unique skill set. These roles may involve UX design, visual design, user research, accessibility, front-end development, or data visualization.
- Colleagues in these roles use their knowledge of interface design, research methods, accessibility guidelines, and current programming techniques to design, research, develop and assess products and services to enhance the overall user experience and create usable and accessible digital experiences.
Projects the candidate will be working on:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining UI/UX designs. Work with the business to understand desired user experience. Translate into UI/UX designs. Work with the technical team to implement UI/UX designs into production.

- 5 developers 1 UI/UX engineer
Top Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining UI/UX designs.

- Implement best design practices (user personas, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes).
- Work on UI building packages using toolsets (Sketch, InVision, Figma).
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Agile background.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong experience in React, Angular or similar.
- Strong in either Spring or Hibernate.
- Experience with REST services.
- Strong Experience in MySQL.
- Experience in UI using JQuery, JSON.
- Experience with UI building packages. Strong Experience in UI/UX toolsets (Sketch, InVision, Figma).
- Experience with best design practices (user personas, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes)
