Job Description:

• SAP Sales & Distribution Business Process Expert Experience with Retail or AFS Industry verticals a huge plus SAP Sales & Distribution Business Process Expert
• Experience with Retail or AFS Industry verticals a huge plus
• Order to Cash expertise - order entry, order orchestration, production & sourcing, delivery and order management , inventory control, logistics activities such as warehousing, packing, shipment.
• Expertise in SAP order operations for DC to Plants and Plants and DC to Stores.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for sophisticated processes, including existing process mapping, gap analysis, evaluation of requirements, process design and implementation of business processes for Order to Cash.
• Drives and consolidates the process mapping of current order to cash processes and gathers business requirements. To do so, conducts workshops with identified stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Data Management, Commercial & Sales.
• Performs gap analysis coordinating all necessary stakeholders from businesses, IT and Corporate department using the methodology available. Delegate and oversee to the deputy BPOs.

Scope of the job:

• Upstream domain with Order Entry , Order Orchestration, Sourcing*, Warehousing and Delivery. This is a Computer/IT Analyst role
• The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications experience is required in SAP technology.
• The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications experience is Required.
