Description:

  • Support MSO Nextgen Applications team in daily operations of Nextgen, create and maintain user accounts, create and update helpdesk tickets through satisfactory completion, application reporting, knowledgebase documentation, and end user first level support.
  • Candidate will be working with team of 4 Business Analysts

Ideal Background:

  • helpdesk ticketing systems, healthcare knowledge, electronic health records and databases and business intelligence tools

Top Responsibilities:

  • System Access Requests to add/modify/delete user access,
  • Morning systems audit, work helpdesk tickets, work with users to answer questions and give guidance, run and distribute reports.

Skills/attributes Required

  • 2 years Customer Support experience, 1 year or more technical support experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, access to quiet working location and strong internet connectivity, good verbal/written communicator, strong problem solving skills, excellent customer service, detail oriented, quick learner

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Attention to detail, Time Management, OneNote and Teams, SmartSheets, PowerBI, SQL querying, Reliability, Ability to learn quickly, follow technical instructions, explain technical information clearly, working independently
