Description:
  • Technical Business Analyst to be a member of the’ Expand and Implement Network Access Controls project’.
  • This project requires an experienced BA who can lead, analyze, develop, manage, and document this project and on-going service documentation to reflect the requirements, team decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop documentations to support the project scope for 2021 and on-going service expansion as defined by the team and AFI requirements.
  • Typical deliverables for this project role are technical & business requirements, processes, use cases/test plans and required to meet project compliance and requirements.
  • Ability to apply solid and repeatable BA analysis and documentation to support and maintain compliance, audit, and security guidelines.
  • Document team recommendations that are required for on-going project (i.e. Governance, project expansion and strategy).
  • Specific deliverables as defined during Proof-of-Concept phases.
Required Qualifications:
  •  Senior level technology-oriented Business Analyst to lead BA analysis and creation of documentation that will support the project and on-going service
  •  5-7 years of experience
  •  Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement
  •  Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and influencing customers on recommendations and analysis.
  •  In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others.
  •  Highly detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and proactive.
Responsibilities:
  • Attend all team meetings to gather information needed to develop and document project and on-going services
  • Create formal BA documentation and deliverables as defined by the project
  • Ability to apply BA experience and deliver formal documentation deliverables required for the BA role on this project
  • Business & Technical requirements, process flows, procedures, etc.
Skillset :
  • Strong technical understanding is required to develop, document and produce documents that are required throughout the project life-cycle. Such as RACI, process flows, procedure documentation, business and technical requirements, use case, project success measurements are the primary deliverables.
  • Able to attend meetings, understand and deliver documents based on decisions made during core team discussions.
  • Additional meetings with key stakeholders will be required to complete all information.
