Job Summary:

  • We need someone with salesforce marketing cloud or Pardot experience. However, If they have hubspot, marketo or other tech platforms that are similar that will work too.
  • 1-2 years or experience is ideal.
  • The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the execution of (B2B or Direct) integrated campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Ion Interactive, PathFactory, and 6Sense.
  • S/he will be responsible for the timely delivery of fully integrated and optimized prospecting, lead nurture, and cross sell campaigns that are accurate, timely, fully integrated and optimized across platforms to deliver optimal customer experience/journeys and maximum benefit in support of Clients portfolio of products, services, and Enterprise goals.
  • Collaborating with marketing, creative services, outside vendors and other internal teams you will provide platform subject matter expertise and execution in support of an overall integrated, customer centric campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution of (B2B or Direct) integrated email and marketing automation campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Ion Interactive, PathFactory, and 6Sense to achieve acquisition, lead nurture, retention, cross-sell, and revenue
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in (Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Creative Services, Sales and agency partners) to develop, test, deploy, and monitor campaigns, landing pages, offers & promotions ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and compliance with overall marketing strategy and customer
  • Support continuous in-depth analysis and optimization of campaigns, including creative assets, landing page quality, audience management, customer journey, campaign structure, and communicate recommendations to Stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance as it relates to deliverability and make recommendations for remediation as
  • Ensure that industry-wide “best practices” are followed with respect to compliance, design, and customer journey
  • Provide channel content/technical requirements in support of overall go to market strategy
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor overall project plans, schedules, tasks, and milestones
  • Engage with vendors as needed to troubleshoot, manage/improve performance, and project initiatives
  • Stay current with external trends related to email/marketing automation technology/best practices and B2B and direct response marketing
  • Position may include other duties as determined by the company

Skills/Critical Knowledge

  • Experience and accountability in developing and executing high volume B2B or Direct to Consumer email and marketing automation campaigns
  • Hands on experience with one or more marketing automation platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Ion Interactive, PathFactory, 6Sense or equivalent
  • Familiar with email best practices, technologies, trends, and deliverability
  • Familiar with main tenets of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA,
  • Solid client-service mentality is critical for this
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation, lead nurture and customer journey mapping
  • Strong MS Word, PPT and A+ Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of technologies supporting: Sales, Call Centers, Operations, Marketing
  • Knowledge, experience, and interest in Digital Marketing and the enthusiasm to stay current on latest industry trends
  • Understanding of benefits and constraints of current Internet technologies
  • Understand the basics of site usability and where online marketing and usability overlap or contradict
  • Must be strategic, highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented and the ability to work cross functionally in fast-paced environment to meet aggressive schedules
