Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • My team provides production support for several salesforce based applications – including direct support with Nurses and other at home/institutional care providers.
  • We address servicenow tickets and requests, respond to war rooms, provide data fixes, monitor/start/stop jobs and provide on-call services for all the mentioned.

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare would be preferred but not required as the candidate would be able to assimilate more quickly.
  • looking for an Salesforce developer to provide incident management, monitoring, and release support (includes on-call rotation)


  • 1-3 years overall experience
  • One that is willing to perform support long term – we are moving to DevOps and will eventually blend dev with support but need someone willing to provide support long term and less development

Team and Team size:

  •  2 dev (API), 1 dev (Salesforce), 2 ETL’s (data), 3 non tech – service coordinator/security for incidents and user community

Top Responsibilities:

  • Developer/Admin for Care Services Support:
  • Provide Salesforce development and support as needed to the development teams.
  • SQL/database experience
  • Perform Java, XQUERY, XML other web technology programing as needed
  • Automation of operational aspects within ML and other Big Data Platform
  • Care Services Support
  • API, ETL/SSIS experience a plus
  • Salesforce, Java, API, .NET, SSIS, Xquery, ETL, Data Analysis, SDLC Knowledge, Agile /Waterfall

Interview Process:

  •  a. How many rounds? 1-2 – can be informal
  • b. Video vs. phone? Either – I prefer just phone
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Myself, non-tech and 1-2 other tech resources
  • d. When do you anticipate starting the interview process? Asap, have approval to bring on new resources
