Project details:
  •  Specific background desired in the areas of Provider Demographics, Network Management, and Provider Reimbursement/Pricing Methodologies

  •  Strong issue and risk management skills and ability to work independently to facilitate resolution with business partners
  • Provides leadership, strategic direction, and program management for key enterprise initiatives and transformation projects to ensure expected progress and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Directly engages with key senior leaders and stakeholders; ensures coordination and integration with other programs and initiatives while ensuring collaboration, coordination and timely issue resolutions among all Stakeholders.
A Day in the Life:
  •  Understand the strategy and future direction of the organization, as well as challenges and opportunities that are inherent to that strategy and direction.
  •  Ensure that the priorities of the team reflect the company's strategic direction, and ensure the teams knowledge, skills, and abilities are adequate to meet current and evolving needs.
  •  Transitions between the strategic perspectives required for the executive leadership level and the tactical level required at the individual contributor and initiative level, ensuring that programs meet charter and expected business value.
  •  Acts as a trusted partner.
  •  Leads the team through influence, collaboration and consensus building.
  •  Makes tough, critical decisions regarding resource deployment against shifting organizational priorities.
  •  Directs the activities of individuals representing multiple business areas and achieve results in a matrix-ed organizational structure, managing across the organization effectively to achieve program objectives.
  •  Estimates, manages, and delivers complex, large scale, time-sensitive projects in a matrix-ed and results-oriented culture, while ensuring quality and timeliness criteria are met.
  •  Develops collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including earning the trust of senior leaders and executives.
  •  Develops and presents executive-level communication and messaging in multiple mediums and forms, including constructive presentation of risk/reward and trade-off information in a way that allows senior leaders and executives to make effective decisions.
  •  Partners with vendors as needed to integrate vendor solutions into enterprise projects.
  •  Leads full program delivery life cycle (including planning and feasibility, control, execution, and close down) to ensure that the Program has sufficient governance, resource management, financial stewardship and planning.
  •  Implements and ensures the program adheres to a standard change control process and budget approval process.
  •  Perform other accountabilities as assigned.
Nice to Have:
  •  Masters degree in business or a related field.
  •  Knowledge of team leadership.
  •  Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
Required Skills and Experiences:
  •  Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience leading large, complex programs with increasing responsibilities for project management, or continuous improvement or 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  •  Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly communicate both business and technical information in a manner that all audiences can understand.
  •  Demonstrated leadership style and presence in influencing high performing, high potential teams.
  •  Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and relate that strategy to tactical projects.
  •  Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and exceed customer expectations.
  •  Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills.
  •  Must have a high level of intellectual curiosity and openness to change.
  •  Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Capable of adapting the approach as needed.
  •  Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  •  Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, able to anticipate, identify and eliminate problems.
  •  Proven ability to collect and analyze feedback and data and transform findings into project-level strategies.
  •  Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no direction and make decisions as needed.
  •  Occasional travel may be required.
