Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Require a backfill contractor who can support the Rally Reporting and Data Management team initiatives, including but not limited to writing requirements for plan year renewal reporting updates, analysis projects to determine data source viability, collaborate with business partners to write requirements for new reporting, etc.

Ideal Background:

  • The ideal candidate will have good technical skills with experience working with relational databases, understanding of data structure (facts, dimensions), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, strong analytical skills, and experience documenting business requirements. Experience working with healthcare data is a plus, but not required.


  • Project management experience, background in working with healthcare data, SQL writing skills, proven data analysis ability, and attention to detail

Top Requirements:

  • Three years of experience working with relational databases, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and documenting business requirements.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Individuals in this role create requirements to create and deliver high quality reporting solutions for our applications, products and services across Rally product offerings.
  • They will consult with users and product owners to define business processes and the data specifications for reporting. Individuals in this role may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements.
  • They provide technical support in reporting and data troubleshooting that are cost effective and meet users’ requirements.
  • This function works to create report requirements that work for our clients, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise.
  • Role may support both current products and report maintenance along with new product development.

Primary Technical skills required:

  • SQL, Understanding of data structure (Facts, Dimensions), Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong analytical skills, SQL Server Management Studio.

Proffered skills:

  • Healthcare Data knowledge
