Job Description:

  • The Graphic Designer Contractor will support the Culture and Engagement team and Human Resource departments across all creative endeavors through the development of presentations, design projects and graphic elements.
  • The position will help craft visually inspiring storytelling while supporting all creative design work through building best-in-class materials, signage, branding and more.
  • The purpose of the Culture and Engagement and Human Resource team is to connect associates to the brand, their work and each other.
  • Committed to creating a fulfilling and empowering place to work by being hands on for a wide variety of people practices, programs, and tools that bring to life our culture for every associate.

Position Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Create graphics, images, digital/static signage design and any other graphic design work needed
  • Leverage platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office to build presentations and creative elements for a variety of use
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in graphic design or media/fine art or an equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Microsoft Office Suites
  • Copywriting skills and creative writing proficiency, a considerable plus
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability and flexibility in pursuing assignments
  • Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate with partners at varying job levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point
  • Experience in social media or communication programs – not required, but is a plus
