Department: Visual
Reports to Director of Visual Merchandising Operations


The Manager Visual Operations will:

  • Manage the visual operations strategy for the Visual Merchandising & Creative team
  • Create processes, tools and templates across Visual to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with Merchant, Visual, Design and Marketing partners to ensure optimal profitability and in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains timelines and key milestones to ensure collaboration and on time delivery of Visual
  • Maintain a rolling department calendar inclusive of all key meetings
  • Generates and implement short- and long-term improvements to the visual process
  • Maintains file organization, database, brief templates & communication hub
  • Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Supports Directors with cross-functional visual projects and acts as the project manager for the visual team.
  • Support project rollouts in partnerships with visual team and store operations
  • Own and facilitate multiple weekly status meetings, recaps and dashboards.
  • Manages updates and review process for IWD (planogram software) with all internal partners

Qualification 

  • Minimum five years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or Design preferred
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under aggressive timelines, high workload volume and easily adaptable to change
  • Proven track record in execution of strategic Visual Plans
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Proven ability to articulate ideas
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer and software skills: Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Role will work both virtually and in office in Columbus, OH
