Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Pay: Pay is an Electronic Funds Transfer and Electronic Remittance Advice (EFT/ERA/MEOB/835) Solution from
  • The application is a fully integrated claims settlement solution that brings electronic data and banking functions together, simplifying a payer’s workflow, lowering costs, and improving provider relations at the same time.
  • Recently, Pay started feature to enable members for making provider payments.

Ideal Background:

  • Health care is preferable not mandatory

Team and Team size:

  • 4 to 8
  • 2 PM's
  • 8 Developers

Top Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Production Support on payment system services handling Real time data.
  • Execute processes and activities on daily basis.
  • Experience in batch processing.
  • Generate reports for business requirements as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of issues, including in - troubleshooting, analyzing, root cause and engaging appropriate SME's as needed to drive incident resolution and problem management
  • Customer service orientation is key
  • Collaborate on a daily basis with internal business partners, engineering teams and other technology professionals
  • Create and Share technical knowledge documentation
  • Perform research and analysis activities to find solutions to various business and technical problems.
  • Evaluate alternative methods, and present recommendations and justifications to management.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Experience in Production support and Batch Processing.
  • Java, PL/SQL, UNIX and Shell Scripting, DB2 or Oracle, Servicenow, ITIL.

Working Time:

  • 9am - 5pm day shift
