Description:

  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
  • Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
  • Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
  • Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
  • Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes.

Team and Team size:

  • Will be working with a team of 4-5 in a telecommute environment.
  • The skills of the team members will be primarily end-to-end developers (able to take data from source, perform ETL, and develop final product, typically a dashboard or report).

Top Responsibilities:

  • Help produce and maintain next level data, reporting, tools, and analysis for the Rx Specialty business.
  • Participate in team Agile scrums for the team in addition to being an active developer of our products in support of the Specialty Infusion business.
  • They will work cross functionally with Clients, other Developers, OGA, IT to define requirements, develop/maintain solutions, UAT, and help manage the portfolio.

Must have qualifications/experience:

  • 1 Year PowerBI preferred (or similar Data Viz tool like Tableau or DOMO) development experience.
  • 1 Year SSIS (or similar Data Transformation tool like Alteryx) development experience.
  • 1 Year SQL (or similar database) basic experience.
