Responsibilities:
• Implement changes accurately and timely in close coordination with cross-functional peers that include Project Managers, Developers, Testers, Release Managers, and other technical support staff
• Communicate changes to appropriate teams and ensure key individuals are included
• Create, review, and track change tickets in Service Now
• Monitor deploy tickets in Jira, and proactively work with environment owners/scrum teams
• Manage relationships with cross functional teams
• Assist Change Team in the transition to SAFE Agile methodologies, potentially including CI/CD practices, scripting, and close collaboration with agile scrum teams
• Learn how ACH and Check applications operate in order to become a subject matter expert
• Engage and adapt to the new org structure through collaboration with colleagues from other payments offices.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or related information technology
• 7 years of direct relevant technical experience in change control activities
• Experience with Safe Agile & CI/CD methodologies and practices
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills required.
• Adherence to policies and controls required.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to complex problems under tight deadlines.
• Precision and accuracy are critical.
• Able to present and explain concepts and information to diverse types of audience: executives, managers, subject matter experts, software developers, users, vendor, and technical staff
• Team player with strong technical and user support skills
• Must be well organized, self-motivated and self-directed Key Job Requirements
• Prior experience with Remedy\Service Now required
• Knowledge and experience with Safe Agile and CI/CD methodologies
• Experience with change control required
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tool
• Strong team work, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate required
• Cloud experience a plus
• Scripting skills a plus
