Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • ACET/Salesforce. Enterprise call center desktop.

Ideal Background:

  • Salesforce certifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture or Development experience
  • Experience with API’s and streaming services
  • Experience with middleware tools
  • Heavy Service Cloud experience
  • Lightning implementation experience

Team and Team size:

  •  Will be working with multiple teams

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Work with our systems analysts and business SME’s to guide with requirements and ensure the quality of those requirements in a Salesforce environment
  • Create the high level and detailed level solution architecture diagrams and review those solutions with IT and business
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to help find the best data sources for our needs
  • Work closely with our middleware (Mulesoft, Springboot) and Salesforce developers
  • Keep up to date on the most current Salesforce innovations·
  • Work closely with developers in transitioning from solution to development
  • Understand various methods of sharing data, including events, streaming and API’s

Skills/attributes:

  • 10+ Years of IT experience
  • Strong communication skills with geographically diverse IT team and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a very complex technical and business environment
  • Collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to do whatever is necessary to help the team, including going past the traditional solution architect tasks

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Mulesoft Experience
  • Salesforce Development experience

Working Time:

  •  flexible 9am-5pm

Interview Process:

  •  1st interview - culture, salary fit, clarify items on resume
  • 2nd interview – technical
  • 3rd interview if needed
  • Video vs. phone? Both
  • They will not be too technical, but we will be evaluating their sales force expertise.
