Description:

  • Were are looking for a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our team.
    You will be a critical member of our global operations team in support of 40+ IVR applications in a very complex and large - scale environment.

Projects the candidate will be working on:

Ideal Background:

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of systems to ensure high performance, availability, and scale for our enterprise
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in software engineering best practices
  • Collaborate closely with business partners and interface teams to clarify and fulfill requirements from design through acceptance and implementation
  • Work closely with your teammates in a matrixed organization
  • Approach work with curiosity and present suggestions for improvements
  • Troubleshoot defects and assist in resolution
  • Perform work independently and provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates

Experience:

  • Contact Center - IVR.

Top Requirements:

  • Contact Center Experience - 3+ Years
  • Java Development Experience - 5+ Years
  • Experience working in an agile team 3+ years

Team and Team size:

  • Agile Team - DM, SM, PO, 4 Devs, 4 QE.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Work within an Agile team to build solutions - primarily analytics and reporting framework
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of systems to ensure high performance, availability, and scale for our enterprise
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in software engineering best practices
  • Collaborate closely with business partners and interface teams to clarify and fulfill requirements from design through acceptance and implementation
  • Work closely with your teammates in a matrixed organization
  • Approach work with curiosity and present suggestions for improvements
  • Troubleshoot defects and assist in resolution
  • Perform work independently and provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates

Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.

  • 5 + years of experience with Contact Center technology
  • 5 + years of full-stack software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of SQL development experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Interview Process:

  • 1 round, phone interview.
