Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Acts as the marketing SME for programs: 
    o Products
    o Target market/audience 
    o Value propositions and differentiators 
    o Key messages 
• Responsible for partnering with channel owners and portfolio strategy teams to implement vertical specific initiatives and meet KPI goals. Partners include: 
    o Media (i.e., Paid Search, Aggregator, Social Media)     
    o Brand Marketing
    o Website / Digital Experience 
    o Creative 
    o B2B / Employer Solutions 
    o Market Research and Insights  
• Partners with Analytics, business partners, and channel owners to understand business performance and proactively make recommendations 
• Reports performance and tracks all initiatives and suggests optimizations to deliver on brand and business KPIs 
• Crafts consistent and compelling narrative across channels, maintaining strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plans
• Builds content to showcase a differentiated story with compelling business results 
• Partners with Creative and Brand internal teams and agencies to ensure proper product representation in brand campaigns 
• Leads the creation of new claims and subsequent legal review process necessary to bring them to market effectively
• Supports strategic partnerships with associations and other key organizations and create new marketing channels
