Individual contributor role responsible for supporting the day-to-day of the 3rd party Merchandising team by:
  • Collect creative and copy assets from 3rd party vendors according to creative assets calendar
  • Weekly selling report distributed to 3rd Party vendors (each vendor gets a separate send)
  • Assist in day-to-day communication with all 3rd party vendors (we communicate multiple times a day with key vendors)
  • Guide new 3rd Party vendors through all onboarding paperwork, set-up TB’s, and launch processes
  • Maintain and update the MAT tool based on assortment flows, carryover, and floor set launches and changes
  • Manage floor set and buy review calendars
  • Create, send, and process Vendor intake documents for each floor set/ all new styles (this is a separate tool from the MAT that is required to set up 3rd party styles properly in our systems)
  • Partner with RBS Customs planning to complete, process, and classify intake forms
  • Create and update Visual floor set documents
Qualified candidates will be/possess:
  • 1+ years experience in stores or corporate office focused on Merchandising/Marketing operations 
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work at a fast pace 
  • Strong communication (both written & oral) and time management skills 
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
