Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • RIPTiDE is a rapid product delivery team.
  • Our mission is to rapidly deliver high business value functionality to our advocates so that they can better serve our end members.
  • On inception the team was also known as Advocate4Me however, as we now work on functionality that is broader than A4Me we go by the program name of RIPTiDE.

Team and Team size:

  • The candidate will be working on the Agile Scrum team – 4-5 Software Engineers, 2 Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), 1 Scrum Master/Systems Analyst, 1 Solutions Architect, and 1 Product Owner.


  • Develop Software using Salesforce Lightning Platforming including Visual Force, Apex and corresponding client-side technologies
  • Develop secure and high performant code according to industry and enterprise coding standards and practices
  • Source code, environment, deployment, and release management
  • Testing, quality assurance, and defect fixes
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues post-deployment
  • Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience creating custom applications using Visual Force and Apex, including;
  • experience writing code to integrate with back end systems and services
  • experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • 1+ years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform
  • Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, REST standards and security models, integration patterns and methods
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices, including root cause analysis

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications
  • US Healthcare Experience
  • Exposure to CRM, Service, Issue Management applications

Interview Process:

  •  Interview 1: Phone 15- 30 mins - culture & technical
  • Interview 2: Webex 1 hr with hiring manager & 1 or 2 members of the team – culture, technical & coding
  • Interview 3: Optional if needed for final selection 1 hr with hiring manager and others (technical, culture fit, potential coding)
