Job Description: Tell us about your department:
  • Cloud and Platform is an infrastructure department, with the team specializing in developer enablement tools including provisioning, deployments, and monitoring.
Project Description:
  • The team needs multiple work efforts tracked, along with a select number of projects formally managed for communication, timelines, and coordination. 
Position Summary/Job Description:
  • Love to dive into the technology aspect of a program, gaining rich context that enables you to be even more thoughtful and effective in making the initiative happen.
  • Work with engineering managers and product owners to support release planning, backlog and team health, and cross-team communication
  • Be eager to share your expertise
  • Guide the scrum team on how to leverage Scrum and Agile to continually improve team performance, teaching when necessary to equalize varying levels of understanding
  • Observe & provide consistent, impactful feedback for team Agile development
  • Recognize Scrum or Agile antipatterns and take action to facilitate the team in recovering from antipatterns
  • Partner with the team engineering manager to shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity
  • Manage interdependencies between teams in collaboration with scrum masters and product owners
Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
  • 3-5 years IT project management experience.
  • Jira backlog & sprint management.  
  • Excel/MS project/Gant chart management.
  • Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies.
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • Technical background in API and Web Portal deliveries.
  • Developer enablement or application development platform familiarity.
