Remote Nationally, must be willing to work CST hours.

As a Senior Associate focused on implementation, you will partner with clients to understand their business requirements and build the data systems that will enable them to report on the performance of their business’ digital customer experience. In this role you will partner with clients to gather requirements, design data collection systems, create technical requirements and configure analytics tools to collect the data that use cases require. Senior Associates will have a strong understanding of data layers in the context of web and application user experiences as well as certifications in digital analytics platforms and tag managers.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio (Google Analytics certified is preferred).
  • Experience working with client development teams to design implementation solutions.
  • Experience with analytics QA through Google Tag Manager
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical requirements
  • (SDR/Tagging Plan) and implementation deliverables such as SDRs and data layer guides.
  • Experience in creating and presenting analysis with insights to the client, utilizing advanced storytelling skills.
  • Previous experience in digital optimization strategy and tools (Google Optimize or Optimizely)
  • Previous experience in heat-mapping tools (Hotjar or Crazy Egg) is a strong asset.
  • Strong aptitude and desire to learn.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

This position relies heavily on strong organizational and communications skills 3-6+ years professional level related online experience
