The HR Intern will be a part of the corporate HR team and will assist with general HR operational tasks, including the opportunity to work on HR-related projects. We work in a fast-paced environment and the individual in this role will have an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a corporate setting. We are looking for an Intern to join the team for 6 – 12 months and work 20+ hours per week, $17 per hour.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding – pre and post-arrival HR activities
  • Off Boarding Activities
  • I-9 and E-verify Verification
  • Report Generation
  • Information Gathering
  • Assist with or lead special project as it relates to HR activities

 

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing BA or BS in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to learn specialized applications quickly
  • General clerical experience
  • Good time and resource management skills
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work with confidential information
