Summary:
This is a perfect position for an action oriented professional who is able to lead and deliver high quality projects with minimal supervision.
The Product Specialist will coordinate and lead complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related projects for Public Affairs and the org’s CRM Dynamics program.
The Product Specialist will interact with internal stakeholders, the Dynamics Product Owner, and the CRM product team.
This position is a blend of project management, business analysis, and customer support and training for the org’s CRM implementation of Dynamics 365.
The individual will work closely with the CRM Product Owner, CRM developer and business support team to coordinate and lead projects.
This position will also assist in gathering requirements, writing test cases, testing, direct user support, training documentation and delivery, and working with stakeholders to advance their use of Dynamics 365.
The position will be managing multiple stakeholder relationships, multiple ongoing projects for the CRM Dynamics program, and work closely with the Dynamics Product Owner and District’s LCNC development team that supports Dynamics 365 at the org.

Responsibilities
•Oversee and coordinate project management activities including: creating project management artifacts when needed, leading requirements gathering with stakeholders, developing schedules based on requirements and resource availability, and coordinating testing
• Work with the team to assist in client presentations when needed and develop a custom training program tailored for stakeholders using Dynamics at the org
• Define project scope and ensure changes to scope and deliverables are managed
• Gather business and technical requirements, assist the team with required story creation
• Track and communicate project status and risks effectively to Public Affairs and IT management and stakeholders
• Ensure the timely delivery of stated business benefits, comparing actuals to plans and adjusting plans as necessary
• Assess, plan for and manage project risks and develop mitigation & contingency plans with product team
• Coordinate communications, manage documentation, and assist with problem resolutions related to production issues and regular work with users

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required with 5-7 years of related work experience.
• 3-5 years’ cumulative experience in a Project Manager/Business Analyst role in a fast paced environment, or similar experience
• Experience with a CRM system like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc. is preferred
• Well-developed planning, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Agile/Scrum management experience preferred
• Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Work successfully with minimal supervision and provide direction to others
• Communicate effectively in both an oral and written format
