Job description:
Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Employer Portal Provisioning Administration:
  • Provisions system access and entitlements on Client Employer Portals for Clients, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Producers, and Agency Staff.
  • Performs complex technical and analytical work under limited supervision to ensure security and compliance regulations are adhered to.
  • Enters provision requests into Sales Force and ensures processing is on schedule.
  • Maintains adequate communication regarding status, issues, and priorities with internal Portal Provisioning team.
  • Collaborates with internal departments on access updates and issues.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Timely processing of portal application requests: New User Access, Existing User Access Changes, Removal of Access.
  • Timely processing of user terminations for all portal systems.
  • Okta provisioning for new applications or changes to current applications through the ServiceNow process.
  • Creating new contacts and updating existing users in Sales Force
  • Disabling users from appropriate portals and systems.
  • Resetting passwords
  • Unlocking of accounts
  • Updating account permission changes
  • Be able to provide a high level of customer service while interacting with internal employees, clients, and business partners.
  • Provision all user access accounts to appropriate systems based on market segment.
  • Provide support functions related to verification of end user security and credentials.
  • Promptly notifies portal team and appropriate management regarding breaches of security access.
  • Ensure Security policies and procedures are followed
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to shift priorities as current business demands required.
  • Experience learning and using multiple complex systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle a variety of challenging responsibilities.
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Web-based healthcare portal or similar technology experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales Force
