Description:

  • The Legal Division is in search of a Project Manager who can spearhead the next phase of our Legal Portal Enhancement Project. 
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong collaboration, and adept management of deadlines. 
  • This team member will collaborate with others in the Legal Division to update the internal Legal SharePoint site. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for portal stakeholders and the project team.
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with portal stakeholders to consult on their requirements, options, and changes needed. 
  • Collect feedback on site pages from disparate team members.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines. Proactively address any delays with project team and adapt plan accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, including documenting decisions and progress for each page.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed.  Identify problems and work to resolve them.
  • Recognize the broader implications of actions and proposals on the final project outcome.
  • Coordinate content and assets required to fulfill the needs of pages being developed.
  • Build SharePoint pages according to specifications. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and accuracy.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, or similar.
